Auctioneers: Get a suite deal at C&S 2011

Business and pleasure should go hand in hand during the NAA’s Conference and Show this July, as the NAA has redefined and elevated the standards of the conference and the family-vacation experience. This year, the NAA’s conference/family vacation takes place July 12-16 at the Caribe Royale All-Suite Hotel and Convention Center in Orlando, Fla.

Luxury Suites

The Caribe Royale offers one-bedroom suites, luxurious two-bedroom lakeside villas, expansive state-of-the-art meeting and event facilities and desirable dining options and hotel amenities that will appeal to families and business professionals alike.

The conference hotel reservation service is now officially open for you to get the suite you deserve when you book your hotel room through NAA Travel.

This year, the best suites are available to attendees who book early, as the NAA has significantly reduced its room block at the Caribe Royale because of previous years’ conference hotel usage. Don’t delay, book your suite today.

There are five easy and convenient ways to reserve your room:

Online: https://ems.resrunner.com/NAA2011

Phone: 1-877-363-9378 U.S. and Canada (1-203-772-0470 international)

Paper: Download the housing form, complete and return through:

–    E-mail: meetings@worldtek.com
–    Fax: 1-800-868-5506 U.S. and Canada (1-203-777-6961 international)
–    Mail: NAA Travel, One Audubon Street, Suite 400, New Haven, CT  06511

A one-night deposit of $159.75 is required for standard rooms at the time of booking hotel reservations through NAA Travel. A higher deposit is due for room upgrades. The deposit will be charged for each room reservation and the amount will be applied toward your total hotel bill. If a room is cancelled after May 25, there will be no refund.
